  Outstanding craftsmanship and an absolute pleasure to work with

  Andy has just completed a full restoration of my staircase and hallway following previous flood damage, and I genuinely could not be happier with the result. From the outset, everything was exactly as agreed. The quotation was clear, the final invoice matched the quotation exactly, he completed the work within the agreed timescale, arrived when he said he would, and often worked late to make sure the job was completed to the highest standard.   Disappointing experience from start to finish

  I wanted to give Brendan the opportunity to respond before leaving this review, and he did. Unfortunately, I remain disappointed with the overall service. The original quotation for replacing my freestanding bath was approximately £400. By the end of the work I had paid almost £800. During the installation it became apparent that the chosen waste arrangement would not fit because of the pipe angle. My original solid brass waste was disposed of despite it having value, and an £80 replacement brass waste kit that I purchased was cut and rendered unusable.
