• Remodelled bathroom

  Needed to replace our shower unit, which had started leaking. From the quote stage, when we said we wanted to rearrange the bathroom, Brendan exuded professionalism, attention to detail, a willingness to listen to what we were after & to give us his expert advice; we strongly felt we could trust his judgement & work ethic, and we were right. He & his team (Rue and Jodi) were polite, friendly, on time, professional, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and have supplied us with a fantastic new bathroom at a fair price. We would happily re-use and recommend them.

• Emergency replacement of a kitchen sink

  We were trying to replace a valve/cartridge for the hot water on our kitchen sink tap. Unfortunately the force used to remove the shroud covering the valve caused the tap to crack with cold water to gush out. The only way to stop the water was to turn off the mains water stop cock leaving us without water. We needed an emergency plumber , it was early evening on a Saturday so we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find one. Fortunately, using Checkatrade we contacted Brendan, he arrived and within an hour adapted the pipe work and fitted a new tap. Thank you so much Brendan.

• Replace old shower

  We needed a new shower in an ensuite bathroom. Brendan gave us a quote to replace it, which would have taken a few days and cost a few thousand pounds. Before starting, and without any prompting, Brendan suggested a much cheaper way to do the job, by simply replacing the cubicle and shower unit. This meant a saving of over £2k. Now it’s done, and and it genuinely looks like a totally new shower. In addition, it drains quickly compared to before, and also the temperature control is working perfectly. I can thoroughly recommend BMc Plumbing and Building.
