  Prompt arrival and careful work done

  The tradesperson arrived in very good time after I put out the call. He not only fixed the problem (a broken bolt on a patio door frame), but took some time to remove and replace the whole mechanism, and to check the alignment of all other bolts. Very satisfied by the work done.

  Replace front door Yale lock

  Very prompt same-day repair. Some working around the lock and in the door frame was required as the new lock was slightly larger, but this was adequately cleaned up. The new lock does not have the dead-lock feature of the old lock - I probably should have mentioned this at the time.
