Very grateful

Prompt arrival and careful work done
The tradesperson arrived in very good time after I put out the call. He not only fixed the problem (a broken bolt on a patio door frame), but took some time to remove and replace the whole mechanism, and to check the alignment of all other bolts. Eficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Our patio door lock didn't work and we needed a couple of other locks replaced or serviced and some new keys. Jon came out at a day's notice, repaired and serviced the patio doors, ordered a new lock for another door and cut some keys. Polite, efficient and knowledge able, overturned after a cold of days to for the new lock. Excellent, reliable service at a competitive price.
