  Brilliant. Great communication during booking and gave clear ETA's on the day of the appointment. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, left the work area tidy. Would not hesitate to re-hire for any other locksmiths job. Highly recommend.

  Front door lock fix

  Jon provided locksmith services to us on two separate occasions recently when we had a problem with the locking mechanism on both our front and back doors. On both occassions Jon was super quick to respond, coming out on the same day. He was able to provide a temporary fix for one door whilst awaiting a part - ensuring security of our home and then returned as soon as the part came in. On the other occasion he was able to immediately fix the problem. He is professional, diligent and thorough, and I completely trust his work ethic and reliability to get the job done. Highly recommend.
