  Methodological, effective and great customer service

  The registered gas safe engineer has fixed long standing issues we have had with our Central heating for many years. The work consisted of new valves installed on both sides of most radiators (upgrading from manual valves, to pairs of TRV and dummy caps). Alongside this a powerflush (others have done it before, but none solved the issue), we also had our boiler serviced. At each stage we were asked what problem we wanted to solve and we were presented with the most cost effective solution. I highly recommend "Amer: Your Heating Specialist"

  Large job split into two days, inc powerflush, balancing radiators, fitting TRVs and boiler repair.

  When we first contacted Amer we believed we only needed / wanted a balancing and then valves fitted (50/50 on powerflush). On our request he managed to squeeze in a visit between jobs and explained in detail his analysis of the issue and proposed a slightly different course of action. Pricing was clear. His methodology of carrying out the powerflush was of someone of a high calibre and demonstrates he is very well qualified. Overall very trustworthy, transparent and skilled. Look forward to booking him for the second full day, and future services. It's just a shame he is so popular/busy.
