  Happy with the install and the works carried out. Jody, the team leader is very knowledgeable. However it was hard to get hold of him as he only attended my place twice during whole installation. Other team members were very polite however they did struggle with measurements and reading technical documentation of the units installed. That ended up with drilling the huge hole in the wrong place making the indoor unit setup a bit unpleasant to look at. I couldn’t rely on start time daily. It was important as I wanted to sync before going to my work, especially after issues mentioned.
