2x split units, one ducted. Recommend, with extra caution.
Happy with the install and the works carried out. Jody, the team leader is very knowledgeable. However it was hard to get hold of him as he only attended my place twice during whole installation. Other team members were very polite however they did struggle with measurements and reading technical documentation of the units installed. That ended up with drilling the huge hole in the wrong place making the indoor unit setup a bit unpleasant to look at. I couldn’t rely on start time daily. Installation of air con in a loft conversion and 1st floor bedrooms.
Brilliant service from Jody and Ryan, they overcame so many unexpected issues and were always professional and courteous. Completed the work to a very high standard and even when faced with challenges caused by other trades they were super helpful in finding solutions.
