  Richard came out to us quickly as our old house alarm was causing problems. He decommissioned it as requested and we were happy with both the service and price he charged. Very polite and efficient.

  Aerial noisy on roof in heavy winds

  Following a recent storm, we could hear a tapping and scraping noise on the roof and assumed the TV aerial had come loose. We asked Mo to investigate. He gave us a couple of options and we decided to have the old aerial removed as we don't use it. It wasn't until he brought it down that we realised just how big it was! For a small extra charge, Mo dismantled it and took it away, which we were more than happy with. I would recommend him to friends and family.
