Richard sent me a text message to inform me he was on his way and carried out the installation without any fuss. He kept me informed throughout and even went the extra mile by removing 2 old alarm boxes from outside the property. His work was faultless and he was courteous throughout and cleared up when he had finished and explained how the alarm worked wonderfully so I would definitely recommend him to anyone.Verified reviewerJob location: B98
