  Washing machine draining issue

  Silver Lining LTD provided a great service throughout. They called me to discuss the problem to fully understand the issue and explain if they could fix it or not. There was never any pressure to choose their service. They provided constant communication and turned up on time to the property to tackle the issue. After inspection they explained the washing machine is working fine and that it could be a plumbing problem which they advised calling a plumber to fix the potential issue. The drying function of my washer/dryer had not worked for 2+ years but Silver Linings fixed that issue free of charge and the dryer now works. After they finished the work the billing and invoice was clear, concise and easy to pay via bank transfer. Good service all round and I would recommend their business.

  Pump blockage kept happening.

  Good service from the start. The company gave me an appointment the very next day (they offered same day service). Good communication from the company with text messages and phone call to let me know arrival progress. The technician came and went to work. He found the problem instantly which ended up being a simple fix of a blocked pipe which he unblocked and then tested. No extra charges except the initial call out fee. He gave extra advice on how to keep appliance and pipes free from future blockages.

  Fitting of new electric oven and disposal of old one

  Communication was great from the very start with a speedy initial response to my request. Communicated via messages throughout but was also available by telephone if needed. Jefferson, turned up on time and conducted the work professionally with very little fuss. He also gave good advice how to use the oven. Would definitely use again and would recommend the service.

  Defective Oven

  The company communicated very well via texts and phone calls. Although they were unable to fix the problem (not their fault) they explained fully why and gave advice how to proceed. No extra hidden charges like VAT with price told up front. The repairmen was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
