  Electric Oven / Cooker Repair

  Posted 05 October

  Unable to complete the job

Helped identify where the problem might be, and told me the problem was the RCD switch. I then got another electrician out a few days later who arrived and told me it wasn't the RCD switch within 30 seconds. By that point I had paid for the RCD switch and callout. Pretty disappointing.

Hello Alex thank you for the review I understand your frustration and did say I thought it could be the rcd due to not finding iany junctions between the oven switch and rcd,Also I did say and still am willing to take another look, sadly you did not reply to me,and I did not get a chance to work this out with you,im always willing to try and resolve any issues. Thank you Jefferson

  Excellent service, highly recommend.

My electric oven stopped working suddenly. I contacted Mr Jefferson John at Hotcold Appliances and he was able to schedule an urgent visit. He arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem and and fixed it by replacing the faulty heating element. Very impressed by Mr Jefferson's professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, high quality service.

I sent pictures to him via check a trade and contacted me with an honest answer to say that is no seal as I was thinking it was the ring which can be refitted by myself using You Tube. When I got stuck he was happy to help guide over the telephone. Fantastic customer service.
