  Ignores calls and messages

  Was due to replace a door at a property for us with a troublesome tenant. Was paid upfront for the materials. Said had problems contacting the tenant. The tenant confirmed she had tried to contact him back to attend and he just ignored her. We contacted Mick and he said would go back. Never did and now just ignores all our calls and messages.

  They "replaced" a flat roof at a property of ours in Doncaster. The roof started leaking again a month later. They at first said would go back. Then claimed turned up to check but no-one was in but the tenant confirmed this didnt happen. Told us and the tenant they would attend. Did not turn up again. Then just started ignoring all calls/messages from us and the tenant. Despite their "10 year guarantee" we have now had to ask checkatrade to investigate to try get some of the money back . Avoid like the plague.

  Came out quickly and identified the issue and then where able to book the roofers in to come back a few days later to do the repair. Highly recommend.

  After being let down by 2 other local engineers and several others not bothering to call us back GLR attended a day after we contacted them to carry out a boiler service and gas certificate. Would highly recommend.
