10 Replace wooden cladding with UPVC Plank cladding

They were prompt in costing and quoting, giving me options. They were quick in preparing to start the job (scaffold etc). They started and finished when stated . They kept me well informed and delivered a quality job. They cleaned up after finishing. Job location: WA7I called Steve on bank holiday Monday as what I though was a stud wall was not it was block and the kitchen planned to start fitting on the Thursday. Steve come out looked at the job and booked us in for Wednesday. Absolute life saver job completed in a few hours10 pointing the front of our house.

The contractor came to view the job and gave a reasonable quote and we decided that we would go ahead with him. communication was good they turned up as arranged and did the work over 2 days as agreed. All the team are courteous, friendly, hard working & tidy. We were kept informed throughout. Timescales were met (the only delay was due to weather, which is understandable). The plasterers in particular were extremely good, clean, tidy & reliable & left everywhere spotless. I am happy with the overall job & would recommend as I feel the company are trustworthy. The only niggle is that I hoped to have some edging re-fitted after the skirting boards were replaced. Unfortunately after the job was finished they never got back to me over this. 2 men to fix a roof leak and a few other minor roof repairs, plus cleaning of the house render. They got on with the job and completed it with minimum disruption. Good to deal with, and reasonable cost. Difficult to assess quality of roof repair workmanship until it rains, hence only scored 8, but overall very pleased.Verified reviewerJob location: PR5
