  Very kind and clear discussion. assisted in refitting a fiddly sink waste, removed old rusted freestanding bath tap and replaced new, installed new freestanding bath, previous purchase that lead to a mismatch in drain position (~1.5cm too low for waste). Brian talked me through the options and solution and found the best of both worlds. very happy overall.

  Talked me through the process, advised levels of work that could be completed and recommendations. completed job involved cutting back badly installed waste pipe, raised incline, refitted and backfilled. very happy overall
