  Reliable, efficient and great communication

  This is the second time I have used the team to sort a blocked drain. Would use them again without hesitation and have booked them to do some important remedial works on the offending cast iron pipe. They communicate really well, show up on time, sort the job and leave the area clean and tidy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Ceiling Leak

  Kieran did an excellent job repairing a leaking soil pipe that was causing water to come through the ceiling. He was very professional and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his services.

  Blocked Drains

  Issue Resolved Within 30 minutes

  Draineorx Scotland attend our home due to blocked toilet. 10 out of 10 from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Issue resolved within 30 minutes. I must add this job was previously assessed by another plumbing company who were on the house all of 2 minutes and contacted my insurance company with a whole list of requirements prior to removing the blockage. As previously mentioned Kieran from draineorx had resolved it in November time.

  Prompt Response

  The boys came the same day as I spoke to them and confirmed there and then what the issue was. As promised they e-mailed a quote for the work to be carried out the same night which was a reasonable cost for the work to be done. If I ever need this type of service again I would not hesitate to get back in touch with them.
