  Once the job's done, no communication

  Best to avoid. I’d had previous work done by them, and thought I’d stick with them - it took 6 months (January to August) for them to come out. Day of the job, and was told dry verge would be a better option. Job price went up to £1500, which in todays high cost world isn’t a small amount. The neighbours want to see an invoice or final bill before contributing their share of the repairs. Just one response to my request for an invoice, which should have been with me within 4-5 days. This of course never happened, and I think I'm ghosted now. Just out of pocket, and no invoice.

  Repair to ridge tiles

  Excellent service from beginning to end. Very friendly service from Isaac, who came out very quickly to give an estimate. Advised on all aspects of the job, and alternatives available. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work undertaken.
