  I required an urgent EPC for my flat as my current one expired and I needed one to sell the flat

  Derek communicated well and was able to complete the Energy Performance assessment within half an hour and I had the EPC in my email inbox before the end of the same day. The lowest quote from the 5 companies I contacted. He arrived on time and communicated well leading up to the assessment. I would highly recommend him and use him in the future if needed.
