  ees/wasp had made a home in a birdhouse. Needed it all removed immediately

  Recti-Fly got in touch immediately after posting and were round the house within the hour. They removed the box within half hour or so. They explained their process throughout and answered any questions I had.

  Very Good. Came out on a Sunday. Gave us follow up advice with photos but did not feel pressured. Would use again. Communication was very good too
