  Oven fan and cooker hood bulb replaced.

  Company responded quickly to the job request and arranged a prompt visit, with call-out fee clearly explained. Engineer's visit arranged for morning and Company called to let me know he was on his way. Engineer was a most personable man, who went about his work efficiently. Had to arrange second visit with new parts. Call-out fee did not apply, as the Company was doing the repair. Again, Company communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. Subsequent repair effected quickly by the same engineer. Appreciated the continuity. All in all an excellent experience.
