    Came next day. Rang me 15 minutes before arrived in a 3 hour slot as requested. Sam, the engineer, was very polite and efficient and diagnosed the oven needed a new element. Had the part for my oven in his van and fitted in a short time. Tested working properly. I was very impressed by the whole experience and would definitely recommend this company.

    My washer was old and I was given an honest reply as to whether it was worth going ahead with replacing motor or replacing washer. I chose to replace washer and they delivered my new one the next day, installed it. Took old washer away along with all of the packaging. I was very pleased with the service I received and I love my new washer.
