  Oil boiler repair

  He did diagnose the issue correctly, however he didn't offer to take his shoes off, didn't introduce the child, and was frequently complaining. Things I would have overlooked, if it wasnt then for the office failing to call back on multiple occasions. I had to chase them, they also went back on their words after saying they could squeeze me in, but as they took them so long to sort the parts out (which I sourced myself within the hour!) that they could no longer fit me in. Would not use again.

  Chimney Cap fitting

  Honest, friendly, transparent and went the extra mile to clean the gutters whilst up on the roof. Used a drone to check the roof while doing the quote to avoid hidden costs. Updated me with photos and even videos! Would definitely use again
