  replace leaking stop cock, other issues found and resolved

  Simon was excellent, punctual, tidy and very conscientious. Simon resolved the problem with the tricky stop cock, complicated by access limitations and noticed that the insulation around other pipes was wet and revealed another leak so he replumbed under the sink to remove the troublesome joint. He was very conscientious continually checking all the joints and making sure I was happy, even though it made him slightly late for the next customer (he phoned them and agreed a revised time). Would use again

  replace subsiding patio

  communication with Ellen and Luke was excellent throughout. When the old patio was removed it was evident that considerably more work was required but Luke honoured the original quote and worked the extra two days without extra cost to me. I would use ELM again and have recommended them to neighbours
