  Great service

  ELM came out to relay our new drive way and drop the curb. They were extremely quick and the service was amazing. We will be using them again to sort out our patio our. Would recommend to anybody.

  Incomplete work, dangerous, unsafe and didnt follow quote or request

  Job was to excavate old patio, steps & retaining wall, rebuild wall in new location, lay new patio & steps up to lawn area. In the quote our only task was to supply new slabs. Pictures were shown of new design layout. Day 1. Disgruntlement that slabs weren't taken up before. Day 2. Steps dug out in wrong location. Called to discuss, agreed to relocate steps in correct location. Day 3. Whatsapp received, walked off job due to heat (totally understandable, did offer to reschedule many times) Then was told, can look for alternative company as cant come back until end of Sept. Now left unusable!!

  Excellent dropped kerb work from a professional family business

  Excellent service from start to finish. E.L.M. carried out our new dropped kerb and reinstated the old one, and we are extremely pleased with the result. They responded quickly, visited the site promptly, provided a clear quote, and communicated brilliantly throughout. A friendly, knowledgeable, family-run business who made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The work was completed professionally and to a very high standard, with a beautiful end result. Highly recommended.

  Luke and Ellen have been excellent, kind and very professional to work with. I am very pleased with the work which has been done. Ellen and Luke came round to look at what needed to be done, they made suggestions and sent a quote, further quotes were provided and paving suggested in order to firm up and agree initial thoughts. The work was started on the date agreed. I needed a path and new patio. Luke and his team worked extremely hard, they were all polite and professional their work ethic impressive.
