  Replacing and moving a gas boiler and new radiators

  A great job by Charlie, Craig, Connor, Dave and Jack. They adapted well as our 80s house old heating system challenged the norms and they worked through solving all the issues thrown at them. Always on time and although the job took 3 days instead of 2 in the end, we have ended up with a modern reliable boiler and heating system.

  Replace faulty shower pump

  Good communication from Dale on initial consultation and Charlie who completed work. Work was completed quickly and without mess and so far seems effective. Was originally told at consultation that work would be done before Easter weekend but then told due to a lack of plumbers it would be week after. Then they called on day of fitting to say wrong pump had been ordered so a further 2 more days of delay to get right pump. So deadlines kept moving which was not ideal when you have no shower.
