  Quick response time to sort dangerous tree

  My neighbours tree was leaning dangerously over our garden with risk that it would topple imminently, causing damage. A previous person I contacted let us down: the job would be done in 2 weeks, he said, then started ghosting us after 4 weeks. I therefore posted the job on Checkatrade. Orangutan responded the next day, and the tree was down before the end of the week. Excellent work, and thanks for the quick response time. And yes, the neighbour paid since it was his tree.

  Bubbling on ceiling (water damage)

  Bubbling on the living room ceiling due to water leaking from the shower tray in the bathroom above, which had been going on for some time. Peter had to pull away a large section of the old plaster board which was water damaged. He then cut a new section of plaster board to replace what had been cut away, attached it to the ceiling and plastered over it resulting in a seamless finish (even more so when I re-paint the ceiling). Peter did a great job. Communication through WhatsApp was useful (could share photos of the issue with him). I would definitely use him again.
