Requested a quote for a neighbours tree that was overhanging our garden (with neighbours permission). Quote given within hours and agreed. A date was arranged within the week and the job carried out as planned. The team were polite, professional and did a really good job. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Tree removal to ground level
I contacted Orangutan Landscapes and Tree Services Ltd to remove a damaged tree in my garden. They responded quickly with a fair and reasonable quote and managed to book my appointment in within two weeks. The communication throughout was very good and any questions I had were answered. From forest to freedom
They arrived at about 09:00, and got to work straight away, turning our overgrown forest of a back yard into a completely flat space in about 3 hours 40 minutes, clearing out absolutely everything we wanted rid of. Quick response time to sort dangerous tree
My neighbours tree was leaning dangerously over our garden with risk that it would topple imminently, causing damage. A previous person I contacted let us down: the job would be done in 2 weeks, he said, then started ghosting us after 4 weeks. I therefore posted the job on Checkatrade. Orangutan responded the next day, and the tree was down before the end of the week. Excellent work, and thanks for the quick response time. Fantastic work to my garden which has now let so much more light in for summer!
