  External tap fitting

  I needed an external tap for the garden, which needed fitting through thick pebble dash. Not only was the tap fitted as expected, the pebble dash was repaired/filled in well, plus the pipework designed so that the external tap could be isolated. Great communication & a great job done.

  In theory my fencing job was simple, but we found issues with the ground after removing the old fence & hedge. Multiple unexpected visits were needed to solve the issues, which were done with good communication & grace!

  Painting replastered bathroom

  I needed a professional to paint my new bathroom & separate toilet, as this required painting bare plaster including ceilings. Adrian arrived on time, was polite & professional (& didn't even listen to the radio!) The decorating job was completed in a day, as stated. There were several additional DIY jobs in both rooms which I had not mentioned/asked for; Adrian just did these to ensure the best result for me! I was impressed and have requested quotes for other internal & external building work. Would recommend.

  washing machine fitting with faulty stop tap

  Needed a plumber as AO wouldn't fit a new washing machine as they couldn't switch the water off. Found Highfield via CheckATrade and a phonecall quickly gave me a price for the work needed and a booking. Great communication with text updates and live link to plumber's location/arrival time. My job proved to be awkward & required the plumber to be creative to fit the machine - consider they went over& above due to this extra time and effort needed to get the job done. Would recommend.
