Excellent service

Great customer service and got the job sorted.
Our boiler had stopped working, we have boiler cover, but when their engineer came out to assess it, they diagnosed it needed a full power flush and replacement flow switch which wasn’t covered by their T&Cs. So after checking Checkatrade, I chose Highfield Plumbing due to the high amount of reviews, most of which were positive. Gave them a call and spoke to Ella and explained the situation. I got several calls back from Ella, who managed to rearrange some slots so I could be seen a day earlier. I have a non vented hot water and heating system (G3), that needed a number of replacement parts . Very happy with the service provided and would be more than happy to recommend them.
