  Good clearance at a sensible price

  They were quick to make contact and provide a quote. There was a delay with the collection and it had to be rescheduled for the next day but they did come when they said on this day and cleared everything out. They added on an extra charge on the day for rubble that had not been seen during the original quote. They cleared everything away and swept up as well.

  Helpful, quick, friendly and respectful of property

  They came out to asses the job quickly. It was not an easy find and even after another had said they cannot find anything wrong they persisted and even got up the ladder with a hose spraying the roof until eventually water was seen in the attic to try and locate the area. Once they narrowed it down they found the problem very quickly after going all the way tot the top and looking at the false chimney. They found 2 holes in the fibre glass and some grout missing between the false bricks. They quoted fairly there and then and came back 3 days later and completed the job quickly.

  Good communication, friendly, well priced

  Chris was very quick and friendly with his communication. He managed to fit my job in despite me giving him a very urgent and short timeframe to get the work done I asked on a Friday and he was there at 9.30am on the Saturday. I will happily be using him again for any future work needed. He was very well priced, not taking advantage of needing the work doing quickly.

  Replace alarm box and back up battery

  Paul was extremely quick to respond to the job, quoted me quickly and easily and completed the work only 2 days later. He did a very good job and even completed a full system check on the alarm testing every sensor in the house. While the box he replaced was a different shape he did his best to match the shape so we did not have drill holes and marks on the wall visible. His new box lights up at night letting everyone know you have an alarm and has blue flashing lights on. He was friendly and professional and I would recommend him and use him again.
