Sofa removal
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the service from West Midlands Waste Removal. They contacted me via both WhatsApp and text to make sure I had received my quote, which I thought was a really nice touch. Once I accepted the quote, they kept me updated about the collection and even gave me a call when I was the next collection, so I knew exactly when to expect them. The two gentlemen who collected my sofa were both incredibly kind, friendly and polite, and the whole process was quick, professional and completely hassle-free. This company genuinely cannot be faulted. Good clearance at a sensible price
They were quick to make contact and provide a quote. There was a delay with the collection and it had to be rescheduled for the next day but they did come when they said on this day and cleared everything out. They added on an extra charge on the day for rubble that had not been seen during the original quote.
