  A building company that's as good as their word - a rare find

  Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough. Responded to all communications within a few hours max. Tradespeople turned up reliably every day, on time, and worked until 6 most days. . . I mean they even worked on a Saturday (and this was in the middle of the heatwave). All areas were protected so there was no mess. . . ever. The quality of the work is really first class. A building firm that communicates effectively and efficiently & who provide top rate tradesmen is a rare thing. Huge thanks to Shiv and his team

  The owner got in touch really quickly after the job was posted, and came around at a mutually convenient time to look at the tree in question, even though we had sent pictures. The quote was hugely competitive, and the work was completed on the same day. We dealt with Charlie, who appeared to be the gaffer in charge of the team, and found him (and the rest of the team) to be efficient and friendly. He was fastidious in checking that we were happy with everything before tidying up and leaving. Really lovely company to do business with. Would highly recommend

  I can't recommend this company enough. Whilst another company also responded to my request, GSR got back to me the same evening, asked for additional information, gave me a quote and got me booked in all within a few hours. When they came to actually do the job they were reassuring from the outset, whilst also realistic by stating that they would do their best to help. Whilst one door appears to be have been an easy fix, the second door was much more involved - but they did resolve the issue. I felt sure that the quoted price would increase given the workload - but the quote stood.
