  Repair door lock

  They were very prompt in replying to my job. They gave a time and also a price for the call out explaining this was the first hour and that they were try to fix it before offering a quote for replacing the lock. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. Luckily the lock was repaired. They left advising to call anytime if I have any further problems.

  Key not turning in the lock

  Answered my message within minutes of putting the job up. Provided a quote and explanation of the job prior to coming. Arrived on time and dealt with the job. Luckily managed to fix the problem rather than having to replace the lock but advised to call if for any reason the fault returns. Professional and friendly. Would highly recommend
