  Investigating drainage

  I paid for look and see drainage report which included downloaded footage. The engineer explained that there was no sagging pipe and that there was a blockage, the report provided did not contain any of this information. He said that further work needs to be carried out and still took full payment on site. No downloaded footage was provided. I asked for more info, the lady on the phone kept promising a call back but I had to chase this up over 3 weeks. Each call she kept giving me info which contradicted the initial findings. The director then messed me around promising calls but not doing
