10Verified ReviewThey were very quick and got the job done as an emergency, at a tricky time of year when it's not easy to get anyone to do anything so for that I accept paying a premium. However it's not my first situation with blocked drains so I do know I could I think have got it done cheaper. But cheap and quick aren't necessarily the same thing.

10Verified ReviewSpoke on phone and it was understood right away what my problem was someone was here in 2 hours or so the lad didn’t have to do anything as my neighbours was blocked too and very honestly advised it was a Yorkshire water problem, if you want honesty and reliability this is the company to call, thank you drain doctor.

Had someone from drain doctor come out for a blocked drain, the engineer couldn’t get the blockage out and said we would need the garden digging up to fix the issue and left the garden an absolute state with waste water and toilet roll down the garden and didn’t clean it up. Had another company out who fixed the issue in about 10 seconds and said they didn’t even know what the engineer from drain doctor had actually done to resolve the issue. The company who fixed the blocked drain also cleaned up the mess left by drain doctor. So for blocked drains I would look else where
