  Soil drain blocking. Two visits was needed, first with CCTV investigation and the 2nd Picote work

  We recently had Drain Dr Bradford carry out a CCTV drain survey and follow-up work using their Picote machine. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The engineers who came were reliable, punctual, and courteous throughout. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing at each stage, which was really reassuring. The issue was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drain Dr Bradford – professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

  Tree root problem

  Had reoccurring issues with a drain. Had a different contractor out who cleared the problem but didn’t diagnose the issue. This reoccurred. Called Drain Doctor out who were extremely efficient from start to finish. Told me exactly what the issue was. Competitively priced for both an unblock and repair work. Talked me through each stage of what was needed. Found tree roots in the line which they were able to remove and repair the drain with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.

  Blocked Drain

  They were very quick and got the job done as an emergency, at a tricky time of year when it's not easy to get anyone to do anything so for that I accept paying a premium. However it's not my first situation with blocked drains so I do know I could I think have got it done cheaper. But cheap and quick aren't necessarily the same thing.

  Blocked drains

  Spoke on phone and it was understood right away what my problem was someone was here in 2 hours or so the lad didn’t have to do anything as my neighbours was blocked too and very honestly advised it was a Yorkshire water problem, if you want honesty and reliability this is the company to call, thank you drain doctor.
