Ian was able to easily perform our install very competently. He was thoughtful about the parameters for the job, planned ahead for the parts he'd require and came up with an option the required the least disruption possible. He was also very flexible, he was able to drop by a day early to help us disconnect our old washer in the kitchen, just in time for it to be removed. I'd easily recommend Ian to others.Job location: RG45
