Prompt and reliable service.
My cloakroom toilet developed a leak. I contacted Ian and he visited the same day to assess problem. He arranged to return within 2 days to replace leaking flexi pipe and return all affected units to their original position. Ian is pleasant and professional. Excellent job. Excellent plumber. Fully recommended.
Fitted new cable and flushing mechanism for concealed toilet which required a bit of carpentry work to gain access. Also new kitchen sink tap with altered pipework and valves to enable easier future access. Repaired poor toilet flush with new diaphragm. Responded quickly to my request for work, everything completed quickly to a highly satisfactory standard. All left clean and tidy.
