  uPVC door handle jammed

  Arrived 2 hours after agreed time (I had to chase them to ask where they were). Problem diagnosed as one thing but turned out to be another. Was charged twice as much as expected despite job taking less than an hour. I suggest asking for cost breakdowns during visit to avoid nasty surprises at the end after the call to the boss.
