Very expensive and they sent someone from a different company
The person I spoke to, said they could help and would send some one in 1 to 2 hours. What they did not tell me was they were from another company 24hrs service. It was extremely expensive, £60 to realign part of the lock, took them 2 minutes to do and cost considerably more for total work. Repairs to patio door lock
Went above and beyond to complete the job, first to Southend to get the necessary parts and then to Braintree as they didn’t have all that was needed. A little on the pricy side?
