  Dan inspected the issue and came back to me very quickly with a clear quote and explanation of the work required. Communication was excellent throughout, including updates by WhatsApp and photos of the completed work. He was responsive, helpful and available when I had follow-up questions. The work was carried out promptly and came with a 12 month warranty. I would happily use him again.
