  Needed a damp survey due to damp identified in the Level 3 Survey.

  The team were quick to respond to the enquiry, booked on and completed the necessary checks. The report followed a couple days later with the suggested actions to rectify the rising damp.

  General service and a repair completed, advise given on further work if required

  Needed a boiler service on a new boiler, all went went. Engineer was swift, had a great chat with them too. Following that, a repair was completed on the clock of the boiler - it now functions properly. Advise offered on further work but nothing required.

  Our intercom has broken, wires had come loose inside and a fuse blown.

  Farouk showed up right on time, got straight to work with a pleasant demeanour about him. Checking over everything to make sure he could isolate the issue, the blown fuse was found. He complete a minor bit of rewiring to make sure the loose wires wouldn't become loose again, and popped a new fuse is good as new.
