  Jake carried out an inspection on a house we were buying that was flagged in our buyers survey. His team got back to me really quickly and Jake was really quick to respond as well. I received the report within 2 days and a quote for the work to be done. We would definitely recommend and will be in touch to proceed with the recommended work once in the property.

  The team were extremely easy to work with from the very start. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the issue, how it occurred, and what needed to be done. We were given options, which allowed us to choose the solution that suited us best. Booking the work was straightforward, and it was completed to a very high standard. Communication—something I value highly when choosing a company—was excellent throughout. Overall, it was a pleasure to deal with them, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again should we need any further damp issues resolved.

  I recently had work done on my home to deal with damp and mould issues, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They did an amazing job throughout the whole house, and the difference is unbelievable. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but they also made sure everything was cleaned up properly afterwards, which I really appreciated.   A company that actually cares for you

  It says don't include personal information. But this is why I needed help from this company. My husband recently died, my house needed attention. It suffered from mould, as we were both disabled we couldn't deal with it. Innovation home improvements ltd came to my rescue! Jake Duffy came and did a comprehensive survey of my poor house. He detected the issues straight away. He put a plan in place we agreed a very reasonable price. Scaffolding came a very skilled crew. Paul and Cain executed every job on the worksheet with precision and respect. Actually did a little extra job for me gratis !
