  Unresolved Issue Despite Completed Work and Payment

  I hired this plumber to fix a leaking isolator valve on boiler unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. While the work was completed and payment was made in full, the issue returned just 15–20 minutes after the plumber left. It was clear that the underlying problem hadn't been properly addressed. I reached out, but follow-up communication has been poor. I expected a reliable, lasting fix—not a temporary patch. Disappointing experience overall, and I won’t be using their services again. Wanted to charge more to come back and fix it even though I already paid for the same problem
