  Failure to replace faulty bathroom shower with same model

  plumbx responded promptly to my request to replace a faulty bathroom shower, and arranged to come this morning. As part of the correspondence fixing up the visit, I asked that exactly the same model should be fitted. I was assured that this was the case. However, after the faulty shower had been removed from the wall, it turned out that they had not brought the same model. So I asked them to put back the old shower, and cancelled the visit, paying the callout charge.

  The company made arrangements, their choice, to view the job last Sunday at 4 to 4:30 No one arrlived, no one phoned, I left a curt message at 7:30 pm and received a phone call, someone wanted to view within the hour. I refused

  Unresolved Issue Despite Completed Work and Payment

  I hired this plumber to fix a leaking isolator valve on boiler unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. While the work was completed and payment was made in full, the issue returned just 15–20 minutes after the plumber left. It was clear that the underlying problem hadn't been properly addressed. I reached out, but follow-up communication has been poor. I expected a reliable, lasting fix—not a temporary patch. Disappointing experience overall, and I won’t be using their services again. Wanted to charge more to come back and fix it even though I already paid for the same problem
