  Pre Purchase Damp Survey

  Joseph completed a pre purchase damp survey for a property we’re buying. The report was thorough, clear, and provided quotes for the remedial work and a site plan, plus further recommendations in other areas (such as getting a roofer and plumber in to look at other issues). The report was provided the same day as the survey, and gave us everything we needed to help negotiations with the vendor. 5 star service, thank you!
