  I was very impressed with Advanced Clean's service. I received a response within 2 hours of reaching out on a Saturday, followed by a clear call with John and a prompt quote. My carpet was cleaned within 3 days of my initial inquiry — fast, professional, and highly efficient service. John was friendly, professional, and clear in setting expectations. Despite some tough stains, the carpet came out looking nearly brand new. As this is a rental property, the clean saved me the cost of replacement.
