Friendly, Professional with amazing results
I was very impressed with Advanced Clean's service. I received a response within 2 hours of reaching out on a Saturday, followed by a clear call with John and a prompt quote. My carpet was cleaned within 3 days of my initial inquiry — fast, professional, and highly efficient service. John was friendly, professional, and clear in setting expectations. Despite some tough stains, the carpet came out looking nearly brand new. As this is a rental property, the clean saved me the cost of replacement. Thank you, John, for your helpfulness and your wonderful attitude toward work and people engagement.

Excellent carpet clean
John carried the carpet clean in my flat efficiently and alsoat a competitive price. He provided a written quote after he visited my home. My carpets needed a thorough clean which John carried out using efficient modern equipment. Everything was done carefully and I was delighted with the end results. John takes pride in his work and is polite and helpful too.

John came in to clean the through lounge and the stairs. The stairs in particular were bad. John came in on time and did an excellent job with the minimum of fuss. The stairs in particular, considering their state, came up like new. An excellent job and I would recommend.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish, Carpets and Sofas Look Like New Again!
We had our carpets and sofas cleaned by John and Advanced Clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. The attention to detail really showed — our carpets look fresh and our sofas feel like new again. Everything was done with great care and efficiency. Punctual and Very thorough Carpet Cleaning with Professional kit and Cleaning Solvents if required
I've used John before. I wanted all rooms, bar kitchen and bathroom cleaned. Stayed almost the entire day to get the job done. He managed to remove melted rubber from the carpet (VHS tape lodged in machine). He tried to fix the burnt carpet (candles, since disposed of). He even offered to fix the broken rubber seal at front door. Truly appreciated his valiant efforts. Cleaned the front room sofa and thoroughly cleaned all of the rooms including moving around furniture to gain better access. His kit is professional grade and his knowledge of cleaning solvents 2nd to none! Worth everypenny!

Superb cleaning
John made a superb job of cleaning dirty stained carpets. All the stains are gone and the carpets look great. So good that one of our neighbours asked for a quote!
