  Landing and stairwell refresh

  He repaired joints in the landing ceiling and prepared and repainted the stairwell walls and landing ceiling. He kept us informed of his visits, arrived on time, did an excellent job avoiding paint splatter elsewhere and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He even caulked gaps around door architraves.

  Smaller electrical jobs involving lighting fixtures. Joe arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, tidy and helpful with suggestions. A very good experience. Would definitely use again.
