  Sam did a great job. He ran into a couple of issues that extended the time-line and made it more difficult, but he was determined to overcome them and complete the job to the standard we and he expected to achieve; he was resilient and very professional and we will definitely employ his services again when needed. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

  They booked an engineer to assess the job, but upon arrival suggested plunging it to see if it cleared, which it did. Still considering upgrading the system in future as it is an old soakaway but now we have a little time to ponder it. They were polite and professional and happy to spend a little time to discuss the situation.
