  Outstanding service ! Kevin had already been regularly servicing & "MOTing" my previous pc to keep it running efficiently & trouble free. He has now just replaced it with a new screen & custom built separate "black box" and upgraded to Windows 11. Something I had been dreading for a long time ! But I needn't have worried, Kevin was superb and made the entire operation extremely quick and painless. He set it all up for me and took his time to explain it to me & answer my very untechnical questions. And all done in a couple of days ! Brilliant. Highly recommended !!

  Terrific !!

  Steve was absolutely fantastic coming out at very short notice & sorting out a problematic front door lock which had jammed. It wasn't the most straightforward of jobs, but rather than just opting for the easy option of installing a brand new lock (and charging me a fortune), he spent the time & trouble getting to the cause of the problem. I also asked him to look at two other dodgy locks, which had been on my "to do" list for a long time. Again, Steve was so professional & patient sorting them out. All done at such a reasonable price. I can't recommend him highly enough !!
