Very highly recommended - prompt, efficient service, friendly, very reasonable
Steve was extremely professional and did an excellent job replacing the locks on Mum's front and back doors as well as sorting the problem with her conservatory doors which wouldn't shut. He was able to come the same day I called him and explained the different choices of lock and the prices so I could make an informed decision. He was prompt, professional and polite. Excellent service and knowledge
Our back door wouldn’t lift to lock so I called Steve on recommendation from a local fb group. I called on a Friday morning at around 9.00am and he arrived at 11.30am after another job. He also called me to let me know when he was on the way. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful, we have a locking door now with a new handle and he also realigned it so it doesn’t stick when shutting, it’s like brand new! I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to all my family and friends.
