    After walking out the front door without my keys, I rang The Lock Butler and within 15 minutes he had arrived and helped me unlock my door without any unnecessary cost at all! Absolutely would recommend!

    Steve was brilliant! Spent a good time going through the lock mechanism, what was wrong with it and what needed to be changed. He showed me how to properly unlock and lock the door to make sure it doesn’t get jammed. Very lovely guy, would recommend him to anyone.

    Steve turned up promptly on the same day, replaced the old lock after trying to salvage the old one. Gave us great maintenance tips, even cut us a couple of spare keys. Friendly and chatty without being overbearing.
